He was predeceased by : his wife Phyllis C. Giannone; and his parents, John Giannone and Carmella Giannone. He is survived by : his sons, Anthony (Laura), John (Lisa), Michael and Steven (Laura); and his grandchildren, Gabriella, Allison, Anthony, Caroline and Matthew. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Madison Memorial (159 Main St, Madison, NJ 07940). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent Martyr Church (26 Green Village Rd, Madison, NJ 07940). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 3rd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Vincent's Cemetery Noe Avenue.
