He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father William Milligan; his sisters, Lesley Pisko (Robert) and Lindsay Kratz (Paul); his nephews, Robert, Marshall Pisko and Everett Gerald Kratz; and his mother Geraldine Milligan (Donnelly).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to a memorial fund established in William's name.
