He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Esposito; and his siblings, Chivadella, Vito, Ida, Edward, Anthony and Gerald Esposito.

He is survived by: his children, Richard Esposito (Audrey), Janet DeMarzo (Michael), David Esposito (Josephine) and Nancy Schaefer (Robert); his grandchildren, David Esposito, Jr., Michael Esposito and Carolyn DeMarzo; and his siblings, Alfred, Susan and Gabriel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Ippolito-Stellato Funeral Home (425 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071). A Mass was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Calendar Sacred Heart Church (324 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071).

His contributions to the church and his generosity have left an indelible mark on those who were fortunate enough to know him.
