It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Eccles in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, who passed away on October 23, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Eccles and Christine Eccles (Madden). He is survived by: his wife Bernadette; his brother Jimmy (Linda) of Rutt's Hut; and his children, Jon (Bek), Robert, Jr. and Jennifer (Brian). He is also survived by five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nazare Memorial Home, Inc. (403 Ridge Rd, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 11:45 AM at the Hillside Cemetery (742 Rutherford Ave, Lyndhurst, NJ 07071).
