He is survived by: his wife Maureen Rafter; his daughters, Colleen Rafter and Jaclyn Rafter (Ricardo Gonzalez); his siblings, Edward, Frances, Robert Rafter, Emma Florkewicz, Anna "Katie" Gilsdorf (Walter) and Mary "Betty" Bencze; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Carroll (Linda) and Charles Carroll (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
