He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice O'Connell and Veronica Grace O'Connell. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas (Marie O'Connell), Maurice (Martina O'Connell), Mary (John Roskowski) and Patricia (Walter Lewandowski). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
