He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Walters and Ilene Walters; his sibling Jonnie Lynn Bishop; and his niece Dawn. He is survived by: his close friend Tom Cecot; his nieces and nephews, Ray, Nicole and Janele; and his friends, Lawrence, Pamela Finck, Anthony and Carole Speranza.
