It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Elizabeth DeFranco of Lyndhurst, New Jersey, born in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sisters, Dr. Mary Ellen DeFranco of Bangor, PA and Suzy DeFranco of Bangor, PA; her niece Joan Fahrenkrug of Long Branch, NJ; and her nephews, Jeffrey D. Paulson (Yves Rene Lominy) of Bangor, PA, Jack and Peanut.
