He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton R. Ortiz and Olga Ortiz; and his sister Lynette Ortiz. He is survived by: his spouse Flerida Ortiz; his children, Iris Ortiz, Carmen Ortiz and Brandon Ortiz; his siblings, Sylvia Crespo, Victor Crespo, Ernesto Ortiz, Anna Marie Ortiz and Wanda Ortiz; and his grandchildren, Mia, Makayla, Kayden, Zillen, Brayden and Maylani.
