She is survived by: her sons, Anthony (Diane Valvano) and Michael (Cindy Valvano); her grandchildren, Rachel, Anthony (Kourtney), Merissa and Michael (Jin); her great grandchildren, Tyler and Arianna; her sister Marie; and her nephew Sal Mendola.
