He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Greenleaf; his children, Kim Bolton and Shari Andreu; his grandchildren, Kellie Goral, Richard Andreu, Janine D'Aurizio, David Rush and Jessie Bolton; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Chase, Avery, Antonio, Willow, Julia and Amelia.
