She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Lacidonia; and her daughter Donna Mura. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Carrelle (Nicholas) and Gaila Jean Lacidonia; her grandchildren, Thomas Settembrino (Cleonice) and Melissa Mura; and her stepgreat-grandsons, Lucas and Nicholas.

In liue of flowers, donations may be made in Jean's memory to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
