He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Christina Marie Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Carol A.; his sons, Richard Johnson (Francine) and Keith Johnson; his granddaughter Rachel Rose Johnson (Evan Dunne); his great grandchild Calla Dunne; and his sister Josephine Oleske (Vincent).
