He was predeceased by: his parents, Duchon Despotovich and Mary Despotovich; and his brothers, John and George Despotovich. He is survived by: his wife Marie Despotovich; his children, Eric J. Despotovich (Deborah), Linda Evanik (Robert J.) and Diana Joseph (John M.); his grandchildren, Danielle P. Bilardo (Michael), Eric V. Despotovich (Carrie), Jenna M. Despotovich, Robert J., Alyssa M. Evanik, Christina M. and John E. Joseph; his great grandchild Mikey Bilardo; and his brother Alexander Despotovich.
In lieu of flowers, Eric's family requests donations be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
