He was predeceased by: his grandson David III. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Vaccari; his children, Linda Daniels (Charles), David V. Vaccari, Jr. (Camille), Thomas S. Vaccari (Tracy) and Michelle Vaccari; his grandchildren, Joey, Caroline, Steven, Fred, Gillian, Adeline, Margaux, Madison, Thomas and Jordan; and his brothers, John and Leo Vaccari.
