He was predeceased by: his daughter Gloria Ascione. He is survived by: his wife Christina Salimbene; his children, Anthony Salimbene (Christine) and Marianne Salimbene (Lyn); his grandchildren, Michael Ascione, Jr., John, Anthony Salimbene and Marissa Ascione; and his nephew Nick Salimbene.
