She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Brożyna and Jozefa Brozyna (Ciejka); her siblings, Mieciu, Józef, Danuta and Maria; and her sister-in-law Jadwiga Brożyna.

She is survived by: her husband Jozef Paterak; and her children, Boguslawa and Slawomir.
