We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2024, at the age of 65, Sandra Jean Higgins in Lumberton, New Jersey, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rockey and Shirley Rockey. She is survived by: her husband Michael W. Higgins; her son Michael William Higgins (Destinee); her grandson Nathaniel Higgins; and her siblings, Donna Bernath (Bruce), Gail Bilotta (Ronnie) and Robert Rockey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
