She was predeceased by: her husband Johnnie Q. Wade, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Q. Jr., Alice (Dennis), Roy (Linling), Lessie (Garry Sr.), Bobbie (Theresa) and Anna; her grandchildren, Shawn, Johnnie III, Jonille, Leanna, John, Adalia, Angelica, Mike, Senzo, Lori, Leigh-Ann, Amy and Keanna of Garry, III.; and her great grandchildren, Johnnie IV, Antonio, Symphony, LaQuan Jr. (BQ), Giuliana, Aurora, Lorenzo, Audrey, Evelyn, Mason, Thomas and Nathan. She is also survived by her mother and father run their family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Kiyoshi Wade may be given to Anna Wade for a memorial bench at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
