It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gita Ganguly of Lumberton, New Jersey, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her children, Tuhin (Chandrima), Tamal (Chayanika), Tushar (Paramita) and Tarun (Hema); her grandchildren, Shom, Trina, Triya, Trianna and Tahina; her sisters, Minati Banerjee and Neela Kanjilal Shefali Chakrabarti; and her husband Dr. Dhirendra Chandra Ganguly. She is also survived by friends and family.
