She was predeceased by: her parent Walter Burek; her husband Andrew Shulack; and her siblings, Ann Burek, Angela Talan, Fay Lemay, John Burek and Edward Burek.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Burek; her daughters, Arlene Shulack (Joseph Goromboly) of Leland, NC, Janet Shulack (Michael Andreyko) of Manville and Victoria Shulack of Manville; her sister Josephine McCulligh; her grandchildren, Courtney Goromboly, Michael Andreyko (Alana) and Christine (Steve Whaley); her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Makayla and Steven; and also Round.
