He was predeceased by: his parents, Justian Adeal Kelly Sr. and Helen Mae Floyd. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his sons, Michael Arnold Kelly of Long Valley, NJ and Charles Patrick Kelly (April); his grandchildren, Asher, Corban and Haven of Weatherford; his great grandchild Justian Adeal Kelly III (Jennifer); his brother Michael Burge Kelly of Portland, Oregon.; and also, Mikayla, Colin and Dylan of Long Valley, NJ.. He is also survived by dad to his three boys, 2 daughter-in-loves, and 6 grandchildren.
