He is survived by: his father David Gerard (Sue) of Long Valley, NJ; his wife Heather Gerard; his children, Aliese Gerard of Calvin, Reiley Gerard of Calvin and Brian Knight of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Michelle Nolen (Danny) of Holdenville, Krysten Rector (Greg) of Peapack-Gladstone, NJ, Ashley Lucas of Wewoka and Brian Lucas of Wewoka; and his stepmother Sharon Gerard Bellomo Housh of Peapack-Gladstone, NJ.. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
