He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Duckworth and Patricia Duckworth (Potts). He is survived by: his wife Debra Apgar Duckworth (Apgar); his children, Holly (Sean) and Adam (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Sylvia, Xander and Magnolia.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (1761 NJ-31, Clinton, NJ 08809). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
