She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Martin Mielich; her brother Richard Moncrief Allen; and her parents, Theodore Ludlow Allen and Bessie Ballentine Allen. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Leigh Mielich of Long Valley; her niece Andrea Allen Immelt of Johns Island; her nephew Bradford Moncrief Allen of Peoria, Arizona.; and her significant other Moggy.
