He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Andrew and Ethel Beatrice Rogers; his sister Bea Stake (Stan); his sister-in-law Marge Gavin; his nieces and nephews, Betty Gavin-Singer (Jack), Cyndi Stake, Deborah Dorber (Jeff), Andrew Stake (Gail) and David Stake (Nira); his great-nieces, Rebecca Singer-Zhou (Nick) and Martha Singer; his great-nephew Andrew Singer; and also Liam.
