He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Frank LaVista (Josephine) and Jerry LaVista (Denise); his grandchildren, Nicole Victoria LaVista, Michael Anthony LaVista and Matthew Frank Lavista; his godson Anthony Castro; and his sisters-in-law, Lena Zullo, Joanne Castro and Angie Juba. He is also survived by ten nieces and nephews.
