She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Squindo and Ann Squindo (Dooley); and her siblings, Frank (Bud), Elizabeth, Joseph, Peter, Margaret and Richard (Ricky).

She is survived by: her husband Carl Koch; her children, Alison Altieri (Michael) and Carl F. Koch (Erica); her grandchildren, Owen, Hannah, Ethan, Crosby, Carina and Graham; and her brother Thomas Squindo. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
