He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kelly and Anna Kelly. He is survived by: his sister Ellen Spirito (Gino); his nephews, Robert and Joseph; his brother Tom Kelly (Johanna); his niece Anna; his nephew Tommy; his sister Kathy Kelly Coons (Bob); his nephews, Rob and Brendan; his sister Patti Mankoff (Alan); his nephew Jacob; and his niece Jillian.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Timothy's memory to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to support Dr. James Smithy's research, http://mskcc.convio.net.
