She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Bell and Edward Anderson (Chunky); and her sister Bernadette Bell. She is survived by: her children, Berkeley Edward Hutchinson and Jasmine Ladina Bell of Long Branch, NJ; her sister Uvette Dowdell (Eddie) of Hephzibah, GA.; her grandsons, Elijah Rucker (Bam) and Chase; her aunts, Pearl Bell of Hepzibah, GA and Betty Wedner (Ernest) of Long Branch, NJ; her uncle James Bell (Gloria) of Pembrooke, FL; and her cousin Sarah Ivory of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by 2 nieces, 2 nephews, a host of cousins and lifelong friends.
