Though Josephine may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her children, Joe Scataglia of Long Branch and Patti; her children-in-law, Vinnie Fallone of Point Pleasant and Jill Scataglia; her grandchildren, Michelle, Nick, Jennifer, Joe, Sammi and Adam; and her great grandchild Isabella.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Damiano Funeral Home (191 Franklin Ave, Long Branch, NJ 07740). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church (800 Ocean Ave N, Long Branch, NJ 07740).
