With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Johnson Borrero in Long Branch, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Caremelo Borrero Lugo and Adela Rivera Lugo; and his sibling Nayda Borrero. He is survived by: his wife Mayra Borrero; his children, Wendy Mincieli (Robert), Heidi Calderon (Richard) and Johnson Borrero, Jr. (Gabrielle); his grandchildren, Juan Martinez Jr. (Zoe), Emily Martinez, Richard Calderon Jr., Ryan Calderon and Aurora Borrero; his great grandchild Stella Martinez; and his siblings, Noel, Raul, Edwin, Gloria, Sonia, Billy, Rosaly, Regalada, Ruben, Jason, Ivan and Rosa Borrero. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Damiano Funeral Home (191 Franklin Ave, Long Branch, NJ 07740). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (408 Prospect St, Long Branch, NJ 07740).
