He is survived by: his wife Carol Russell; his daughter Consuella Russell-Lacey (David); his stepdaughters, Tracey and Dondi Boyd; his son Parris Toyer (Toya); his siblings, Tommy Russell (Mary), Lola Madden, Margaret Estelle, Robbie Angel (Leroy), Linda Russell-Doobay and Brenda Russell-Johnson; his grandchildren, Quenteeria, Dariel, Brittany, LaBria, Jahmil, Tyiesha and Keona; and his great grandchildren, Arianna, Nyonna, A'manyhae and Grace. He is also survived by his family and friends.
