He is survived by: his daughters, Alejandra Victoria and Jennifer Aguilar; his granddaughters, Eva Dennis and Noemi Victoria; his brothers, Edvin Mendez Sr., Nelson Mendez and Glendy Lopez; and his mother Leonor Ramirez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
