He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine; and his brothers, Frank and Arthur. He is survived by: his children, Nancy Cavico (Frank) and Victor, Jr. (Patricia Pollaro); and his grandchildren, Gina, Daniella, Victoria Giambattista, Emily (Kyle Freeman) and Jaclyn Giambattista.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
