He is survived by: his wife Eileen Mulligan; his children, Kathleen Rattigan (James), Deborah Mulholland (Brendan), Thomas (Joyce) and Michael; and his grandchildren, Brendan, Ryan, Shannon, Kelly, Connor, Kerry and Kendall.
