He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bulger and Thomas Bulger; and his siblings, Mary Toth, John Norton, Robert Norton, Marilyn Wright, Gertrude Dobres and Patricia Jolicoeur.
He is survived by: his stepfather John Norton; his wife Antoinette Bulger; his children, Thomas J. Bulger, Jr. (Kristina) and Joanne Inglesby (Brian); his grandchildren, Alexander Bulger, Nicole Garfi (Salvatore), Amanda Bulger, Kristen Inglesby and Erika Bulger; and his great grandchild Salvatore Garfi.
