He is survived by: his spouse Kim; his children, Dominique Avetria (Jerard) of Kinnelon, Kristie Larkin (Dan) of New Milford and Thomas Cattafi, Jr (Kathleen) of Lodi; his grandchildren, Phoenix and Brock; and his siblings, Carmine, Barbara, Diane, Mary and Debbie.
