She is survived by: her husband Sebastiano "Benny" Azzolino; her daughter Christine Azzolino; her brother Bobby Guarino (Adele); her nephew Robert; her niece Samantha; her stepson Mark Azzolino (Sharon); her stepgrandchildren, Matthew and Emily; her stepdaughter Gina Michini; her stepgranddaughters, Juliana, Melanie and Theresa; her goddaughter Dorothea Wilinski (John); and also Sam.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Theresa's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place.
