Duva of Lodi, New Jersey, born in Summerville, South Carolina, who passed away on September 26, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cook and Caroline Cook; and her sister Bernice Clark. She is survived by: her daughters, April Reginald (Gary) of Toms River, Wendy Reginald (Bruce) of Lodi and Nicole Duva of Lodi; her grandchildren, Gary, Jr., Leanna, Catherine, Johnny, Linzi, Darren, Caitlin and Lila; her great grandchildren, Breylon, Daxton, Caiden, Carilena and Garrison; and her siblings, John Cook, Kenneth Cook and Bernie Breaker.
