It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lena Tropona (Lodi, New Jersey), born in Garfield, New Jersey, who passed away on August 22, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Christopher Chesnut; and her siblings, Louis, John, Benjamin, Mary Gianni, Marcela Branccio and Katherine Buono.
She is survived by: her husband Nicholas; her children, Frank (April) and Maryann Chesnut; her grandchildren, Craig, Brian (Cassandra), Jason (Fiancé Destini) and Nicole (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Aubrey, Mia, Kinsley, Sydney and Bryce; and her sister-in-law Patricia Buono.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
