She was predeceased by: her husband Vincenzo "Vinnie" Cusmano; her children, Christopher and Faith Cusmano; her parents, Giuseppe Leto and Santina Leto; her brother Santo Locascio; and her sister-in-law Susan Leto.

She is survived by: her daughter Hannah Isabella Cusmano; her siblings, Vincenzo Leto (Rosa), John Leto, Anna Locascio and Cira Panzarella (Rosolino "Tony"); and her godchildren, Vinny Leto and Michael Locascio. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
