She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Baldino and Wilda Baldino. She is survived by: her children, Lori Schmid (William) of Allendale and Joseph Mazzotta (Lorraine) of Villas; her granddaughters, Phoebe Johanna, Juliana Lynn and Amanda Rose; her great grandchild Angelica; and her siblings, Lodi and John Baldino.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
