She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Noe and Geneva Noe (Bidwell); her spouse Kermit Keeler; and her granddaughter Arielle Jacobson. She is survived by: her siblings, Lee Noe (Sandy), Vicki LeMay (Gary) and Sue Muzzy (Tom); her children, Kevin Jacobson (Sherri), Julie Jacobson (Jerry), Kerry Riley (Pat), Kris Buckalew (Doss), Tim (Jeanne) and Patrick (Peggy); and her grandchildren, Carmen Chatman, Mark (Heather), Ryan Baron (Arezou), Brin, Michael, Casey Riley, Doss Buckalew (Mandi), Joe (Eleanor), Andy, Jackson and Jonas Keeler. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Underdog Pet Rescue or the National Parks Association.
