He was predeceased by: his parents, Jivanlal Dahyalal and Shantaben Shah. He is survived by: his wife Smitaben J. Shah; his children, Hardik J. Shah of Paramus and Avani J. Shah (Amit Patel) of Alpharetta, GA; and his siblings, Suresh Shah of Jacksonville, NC, Parul Shah of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ, Suman Shah of Elmwood Park, NJ and Jayesh Shah of Saddle Brook, NJ. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
