He is survived by: his significant other Lynn Smolt; his son Jackie Sean Smith; and his stepchildren, Richie Smolt (Chrissy), Michael Smolt, Valerie Smolt-Cangaelosi (Diane) and Traci Arias (Fernando). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
