He was predeceased by: his wives, Josephine and Iris; his son Christopher Gibney; and his brothers, George, Raymond and Lawrenece.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Gibney (Angela) of Ocean City, NJ and Paul Gibney of Columbus, OH; his stepchildren, Jason Shafron and Melanie Shafron; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Joseph, Chelsea, Noah and Ezra.
