He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Avitabile and Grace Avitabile; his brothers, Louis Jr. and Joseph; his aunts, Lillian, Jennie, Josie and Mary; and his uncle Louis.
He is survived by: his uncle Frank Avitabile; his friend John (Linda); his cousins, Suzanne, Rose Marie, Anita and Rosie; and his friends, Donna and Gene (George). He is also survived by many other cousins, also by John's mother, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
