He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Urdaz and Maria Cristina Urdaz; and his wife Eva Daisy Urdaz. He is survived by: his children, Amarilis Florio, Enoc Urdaz, Jr. (Eileen) and Damaris Urdaz; his siblings, Eva, Egla, Nancy, Noemi and Mary; his grandchildren, Adrienne Berk (Michael), Amanda Florio (Sam Hutson), Patricia Urdaz-Aquilina (Anthony), Thomas Enoc Urdaz, Anthony Salvatore Cristiano and Nicolas Cristiano; his great grandchildren, Cora and Jake Berk; his nephew Dr. Jose Santana; his niece Dr. Blanca Vasquez; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jose and Bianca Santana.
