He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie; his brother Walter Schlett, Jr.; and his parents, Walter Schlett and Hannah Schlett. He is survived by: his children, Sherrill Masi (Joe Rosa), David A. Schlett, Jr. (Doreen), Lynn Primavera (Perry), Eric Schlett (Jennifer) and Scott Schlett (Allison); and his siblings, Alberta Lavelle, Robert Schlett and Arthur Schlett (Marguerite). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Aloia Funeral Home (180 Harrison Ave, Garfield, NJ 07026). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 8:30 AM and at 9:30 AM at the same location.
